2. Data processed
We may process identity and contact data, professional information, relationship to the asset, location, type, area, status and indicative price, as well as investor profile, country, capital range, investment preference and horizon. Do not submit special-category personal data.
3. Purposes
- Responding to the enquiry and conducting necessary communications.
- Performing an initial asset or investor-fit assessment.
- Taking requested pre-contractual steps where applicable.
- Preventing fraud, abuse and automated submissions.
- Complying with legal obligations and handling potential claims.
Data will not be used for general advertising, and no decision producing legal effects will be made solely by automated means.
4. Legal basis
The primary legal basis is taking pre-contractual steps at the data subject's request and, where necessary, consent. Legal obligations and the establishment, exercise or defence of claims may support additional processing.
5. Recipients and providers
Hosting, email, security and form-transmission providers may process data on the controller's behalf. The forms use FormSubmit as a technical transmission service and for CAPTCHA verification. FormSubmit receives submitted fields to forward them to the corporate mailbox. Its public policy is available at formsubmit.co.
Data will not be disclosed except where legally required, necessary for claims, or expressly authorised. Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the safeguards required by applicable law must be used.
6. Retention
Enquiries that do not lead to a relationship will be kept only as long as necessary and for no more than 24 months from the last interaction, unless legal obligations or claims require longer retention. Contractual data will be retained for the duration of the relationship and for the applicable statutory limitation periods thereafter.
7. Rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw consent where applicable, by writing to info@highstreetproperties.es. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
8. Security and forms
Technical and organisational measures proportionate to risk will be applied. CAPTCHA verification is used to reduce spam and abuse. Do not include confidential or highly sensitive documents in the initial contact.
9. Cookies and local storage
This version of the website does not use analytics or behavioural advertising. Strictly functional local storage may remember the selected language. External services opened during form submission may use their own technologies under their policies.
10. Updates
This policy may be updated to reflect legal, technical or operational changes. Last updated: 21 July 2026.
